Leadership

During the spring semester of 2023 I was one of 20 applicants accepted into the Sophomore Disney Leadership Program. Over the course of the semester we would attend workshops bi-weekly, learning and gaining experience on what leadership is, how it works, and its necessity for groups, businesses, an everyday life. The workshops consisted of activities, learning sessions, and planning for the trip to Disney during the spring break. During the trip, we workshopped with a Disney representative for 2 days who would challenge us with group assignments such as scavenger hunts, debates, and strategizing. When the group returned we presented our progress and experiences to the Deans of Muhlenberg.

Involving myself in greek life as a member of Alpha Epsilon Pi (AEPi) has allowed for a multitude of opportunities to apply myself as a leader in positions such as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) chair for AEPi as well as the DEI Chair for the Interfraternity Council (IFC). In these positions, I have planned multiple events regarding DEI and general events for the fraternities of Muhlenberg. I have also collaborated with Panhel’s DEI to have both sororities and fraternities attend events
